Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your handle set has a similar setup to the 40-058 and 40-177 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Sets (these are the same, just available in different finishes). I would also suggest taking a look at the 40-152 Pull Handle Set. These the closest replacement matches we have to your existing set.

Take a look over their diagrams on the website to determine if either of these styles could be a fit.
