Based on old paperwork, and a call to the installer from 2001, these appear to be Ideal Hometite (HT100) vinyl windows.
I have attached images of the internal tilt latch.
Would greatly appreciate any guidance.

Take a look at our 26-334 internal top tilt latch set and carefully compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches what you need.
