Replacement Tilt Latches for Patriot Windows?

I live in a condo and do not know the name of the windows I have. One of my neighbors think the name might be patriot windows. I tried to measure the latch and it looks like 2 10/16 x 11/16 and it sides in. Can you help me ? Thank You

Good afternoon, Paul! Thank you for posting. This latch appears to be somewhat similar to our 26-243 & 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Please compare their dimensions to your own hardware and let me know if you agree.

Received parts 26-243 ,26-244 . the right latch has alittle play in it and the left does not lock in. Can you please help???

Thanks for getting back to us, Paul. I'm sorry to hear that. Could you perhaps take a few pictures of your old latch as fully removed from the window, then? There may be a difference in the portion of the latch that slides into the sash, and I'd just like to make sure.

If there isn't a difference, then there may be a problem with the slots in the jamb itself. But let's eliminate all other possibilities before we go on.

I'm sorry but when I took them out they fell apart and I 86 them. Is there any other suggestions????????

What condition are the slots themselves in? Is there any damage on the inside that you can see? Anything that may keep the latches from fitting well?
