Replacement Top Roller for Mirrored Bypass Closet Door

I'm looking at your 23-016 closet roller. I have medal framed mirrored closet doors and the top rollers on the back door have worn and are throwing the door off it's track periodically. The attached picture shows the current hanger assembly, labeled DSH 20121. Will your 23-016 replace the upper hanger assembly of this system? The actual wheel is riveted, so no real option to replace only the wheel.
