Replacement Truth Keeper

I ordered your par #38-089 to replace truth keeper #20622

The overall projection of the truth 20622 is about 1/8" more than the 38-089 and makes the sash lock extremely hard to close and puts too much strain on the sahs lock. Overall projection from base of truth 20622 is 1 1/16"strong compared to 1" for your 38-089. Do you have a keeper that will work to replace the truth 20622?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I'm sorry to hear our 38-089 didn't work. I see you also bought our 38-075, which was specifically designed to work with the 38-089. As long as you're using it with this lock, you should be okay. Are you using it with your old locks? If so, that may be the problem. Most older locks aren't compatible with newer style keepers.
