Replacement Weather Stripping for Craftline Awning Window

I'm looking for a replacement weather stripping for the bottom portion of my Craftline awning window. This weather stripping installs on the bottom sill of the window frame just in front of the operator. I just placed an order through Swisco for the operator on which the crank failed on the old one, probably due to the weather stripping coming up and getting in the way of the window properly closing. I searched everywhere and cannot find a match for this weather stripping, so I assume this type isn't made anymore. Can you recommend a suitable replacement based on my pictures?
