Replacement Weather stip

Hi - I am looking for replacement weather strip that would slide into a "holder" that is attached to the bottom of the door (Picture 2). The door is 36 inches wide and the weather strip has a top that slides into the holder on the bottom of the door. The strip is 1 inch wide (see Picture 1), The strip has a section that hangs from the bottom of the door that is approximately 1/4 inch deep (see Picture 3). We would like to replace this with a brush weather strip that slides into the same holder or if not that then weather strip like the one in the picture that is wearing out. Thanks
