Replacement Window Balance

Hello, We need to replace our window balance. It is 15 inches (without the plastic pieces) and is stamped 1420. Thank you for your help.

This looks like either an S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. You will need a stamp option of 1420.

Thank you. How do I distinguish between the S380 and the S385?

Apologies, let me go into more detail. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the bottom nylon shoe depth, or what can be considered the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below. The Series 380 has a shoe depth of 1". The Series 385 has a shoe that's 1-3/32" deep. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.
