Replacement Window Balance

Hi. I am looking for a replacement window balance. It is marked "20 3 DR CALDWELL". The metal extrusion has a length of 21 inches. The shoe has a width of 1 3/32 inches.
Please let me know what additional information you need to identify a replacement balance.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your post! I am confident we can provide you with a replacement for the balance but I'll need to see a photo of the bracket in the center of the balance to narrow down the possible options. This is where the spring and the string meet in the middle of the channel.

Your balance can be replaced with the S385-21 Channel Balance. You can likely select the 2030 stamp option but it would be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between the weight range listed on the chart for below the product description of the balance.
