Spring loaded window balancer marked as a 2830 with a BSI stamp located near the 2830 stamp. This is for a Jordan brand window in a house built in 1988.

Like many Jordan windows, you can use our Series 390 channel as replacements for your original balances. Take a look at our S390-29. See if this is the balance you are looking for. If so, go with the 2830. For your top sash guide, our 18-182 looks like a good fit.
