Replacement Window Balancers

Question

I have vinyl, tilt windows.
I have included 3 pics:
1. Pivot point for balancer and window
2. Balancer fully collapsed
3. Measurements of balancer
* Fully collapsed, including the red tip, is 22 3/8"
* Fully extended is 44 1/4"
* Round tube is about 1/2" or 9/16"

Hello,

Take a look and compare our S600-22 spiral balance with a red tip. Make sure you're not including the red tip in your length measurement.

We'll also need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness if you need new shoes as well. Thank you!
