Replacement Window Balancers

Question

I am looking to order four (4) replacement window balacers from your company for a client. I believe I have identified the correct ones from your website but just want to double check prior to placing the order. Based on my measurements I believe I will need your S385-27 with option 2640. My measurements indicate that the width is the 1/2 inch, length of the metal portion is 27" and the depth of the bottom shoe is 1-2/32" but I believe 1/32 has been worn off with use. Stamped on the metal shaft says "26 4 EO Caldwell". I have attached pictures for your review. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks for posting! Yes, I agree. It appears that our S385-27 is our closest match. I would also recommend the 2640, based on your stamp. Just make sure to double check all the dimensions shown, and to compare the weight of your sash to the weight range listed for the 2640 option.
