Replacement Window Balances For Great American Window Co Windows

I have been trying to replace some broken window balances for my windows that were manufactured by Great American Window Co. I have been in contact with them however after 3-attempts they have sent me the wrong replacement window balances ea time. Can't figure that out since they built the windows but anyway. I have attached pictures of the window balances and one has a model# on it but I don't know who the manufacturer of the actual window balance is. Hopefully you can help me out

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel, connected to the bottom of the sash.

The stamp only indicates the amount of weight your balances should be able to hold. Unfortunately, it does not help to identify the exact series you'll need to replace the channel. The stamp can be used once we've identified the correct replacement balances.
