Replacement Window Channel Balance

It appears that I need a replacement Channel Balance for one of my windows.
See photos.

Can you help with this?

Hi Ian, we can certainly help with this, but you'll need to remove the balance from the window to gather up some more information first. Next, you'll need to send us some photos of your top and bottom attachments along with the length of just the metal channel. After that, we should be able to point you in the right direction!

Thanks for your response. I was able to get the channel balance uninstalled from the window. It appears that the spring is no longer connected to the bottom of the channel balance. This is shown clearly on the new photos. The channel balance is 30 inches long. The top of the cord is fastened at the top of the window enclosure with a white screw. You can see from the photos how it is connected sa the bottom of the channel balance. Also this is supporting the bottom window section.

Hi Ian, thanks for the photos! For you Patriot window, you can use our S795-30 that comes with a 1-1/4" bottom T-Lock shoe. You'll select the 30B stamp option to match the stamp on the channel. Good luck with the installation!
