Replacement Window Channel Balance

House will be going on the market soon and don't want to have any surprises when the inspectors/appraisers come to take a look. This balance had one of the cords break loose so the window would not stay up and was a safety hazard. Only marking on the balance is 26 4 GU CMC 2. Looking for a correct replacement so I can do both sides.

I am quite confident we can help, but can you show me good pictures of both nylon fittings on either end? I need to confirm their identity to decide what Series you need. Many thanks.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the bottom nylon shoe depth. In either case you'd need a stamp option of 2640.
