Replacement Window Channel Balances

Current balances are identified as 28 2 GK and need to identify new parts. In the past, I have replaced the balances in another window and it was a Series 390 but a different size.

Hi there!

Your balances look like matches for the S351-29 or S390-29. If the bottom shoe is 1-1/8" deep, you'd want the S390-29 with the 2820 stamp option. Measure as shown below and see what you think.

The measurement is 1 inch. So the S351-29 would be the appropriate channel balance. Do I need any options?

Great! You can select the 2820 stamp option based on your old 28 2 stamp.
