Replacement Window Closure Merchanism

Hello! I am looking to replace a broken window closure and locking mechanism. I have attached several pictures of it and noted that there is a patent number printed on it. Ashland Pat. 6,135,511. I reached out to the original manufacturer and the unit is no longer produced. Might you be able to direct me to a potential similar replacement?
