Hello there!
I'm afraid I can't tell what you may need when these parts are still installed. In order to help, I would need you to remove an undamaged pivot bar and pivot shoe. For the pivot shoe, we would also like you to write out the thickness and width dimensions. That will help us narrow down your replacement options.
