Replacement Window Latch

Hello,

Could you please help me find the correct replacement window latch for my windows? I have attached pictures to this email showing the latch I have. I am not sure what type of windows are on the house or even sure how to find this out.

I have window that can tilt inward. The latches have broken where the little triangle piece comes out and sits in the grove of the window. Attached are images of the broken latch. The back of the latch says 11147 L Pat. Pend. I need 8 white of these and 2 brown if possible.
