Hi there!
Before I recommend anything, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center? That will help me narrow down some options.

From center to center the installation hole is 2 1/16. Thank you.

Thanks for confirming! Our 90-278 has 2-1/16" hole center spacing and is similar to what you show here. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if this matches what you need.
