Replacement Window Mechanism

Unfortunately I see no numbers or markings on this mechanism.
Dimensions top screw to bottom screw i measured as 5 1/2 inches.
Looks like 1 5/16 from bottom screw to across to the other bottom screw.

Hoping you have this replacement part.

Update. I was able to remove the mechanism. Looks like the dimensions are 5 1/4 from top screw to bottom screw. 1 1/4 from bottom screw across to other bottom screw. The extension piece looks like 3".
