Replacement Window Rollers

Handy Person from arizona
I need replacement rollers for the window in a new to us house that I do not know the manufacturer of. PFA images of one of the rollers I was able to remove from the frame. The bodies are OK, the brass wheels were not cleaned, got stuck, and have flat spots worn on them. Full replacment or replacement wheels will do the trick. Can you help me out?

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately sliding window hardware is getting harder to come by, as it just isn't really made any longer. This roller body is not available, but we may indeed be able to help you replace the wheel. See our 87-058, which has a 9/16" diameter, as well as the 87-193 with a 1/2" diameter. Compare the diagrams below with your old wheel and see if you think one of these could work for you.

I am also looking for replacement parts for this roller or complete replacement, my windows are IWC from 2007. The replacement rollers you suggested will not work unfortunately. Prime-Line g3102 resemble them but are smaller in overall size and will not work. I was thinking of using the 2 of the rollers out of them together then the width or the rollers and axle pin would be close if I can come up with a new replacement pin. Any other ideas or a part number for the original roller assembley? thanks, Tim

The only other option we might have is the 87-173. This may be a viable alternative, but look it over and see what you think.
