I have non-tilt windows and need replacement springs. I removed one and it appears, per the photos, that it is stamped 2740 BSI L. I believe I also will need 2790 for the heavier windows (30+ lbs). And then I guess I needs the plastic guides.
If you could please assist me in ordering the correct P/N

It looks like your balance uses a winged top and non-winged bottom fitting. If so, take a look at the S395-28 (2740) channel balances.
The 2790 stamp is from an outdated weight system, so you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need for the heavier window. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
