Looks like your pivot shoe has broken. See our 15-180, I believe you can use this as a replacement.

thanks. in my first picture i posted the part is broken that two screws would go thru. is that piece included with the 15-180?

Oh, I'm sorry. That appears to be the detent clip. See our 15-181. This is sold separately.
