Replacement Window channel balance

Question

I have a window channel balance tension rope snap and break. It is 24" long and 9/16" wide.

Can you advise if you made this product. See photos below. Would I need to replace the whole metal part?

Before we can suggest anything, can you show me an undamaged version of this assembly? A lot of important details appear to be missing that we'll need to see to determine the best match. I am especially interested in whatever clip or hook was at the end of the cord, as well as the pivot shoe at the bottom.
