Replacement Window lock-need 6

We have 15 year old windows and need to replace the swivel locks
Series 2000 DH-R25//DH-30
The 2 screw holes are are 2 1/4 inches apart(center of hole to center of hole) and the vertical distance between the bottom of the swivel and the sill level is 1/2 inch.
The locks are 3 inches long and 3/4 inch wide

The only marking on the lock is
68
9g Or 9c. Tough to tell

Hey, Scott. Could we see a few pictures of the lock in question? That will help us come up with a possible replacement option.
