Hello,

I need to purchase the arm for Roto case window. The window opens to the left when you are inside the room. Photos are attached.  Also, can you recommend a company that repairs this type of window arm in Suffolk, VA.

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what part you need from these photos. Your second picture is showing me two arms from two different mechanisms: the operator and the hinge. Can you specify what you need?

For now I will assume that it's the hinge, since that appears to be suffering from some corrosion. If that is the part in question then I recommend our 36-048. It's not exactly the same as your original but it will still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
