I'm looking for a replacement part for my window. Picture is attached. I don't know who made the windows, can anyone tell what replacement arm it is called.

We sure can. See our 39-216 and 39-217. I think you'll find these match up quite well.

A home owner from Burbank CA says:
Your last sugestion worked perfectly. The part was exactly it. Now our other window - the exact same kind will not always open when we lock it with the lever. We have to pry it open with a putty knife. What part could need to be replaced? Have you ever heard of this?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Great, I'm glad that our hardware worked for you!

As for this other window, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. You open these windows by winding the operator handle, not locking a lever. Locking the window keeps it closed and unable to open. Can you go into more detail?
