Thanks for posting. It's a bit tough to tell from these photos, but I think you might have the 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite-handed version is the 39-032). See if the measurements below match what you have. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
