Replacement awning operator

A home owner from Sebastian, FL says:
Trying to identify an older operator for an awning window. Probably from the 1970's. Distance between the bottom two holes appears to be 1 1/8". Distance between top and bottom holes appears to be 5 1/4". Diameter of the hole in the control arm appears to be 3/8" and the arm has a curve near the middle.

Hello,

Your box-style awning operator reminds me of the 39-194 except that the bottom installation holes are 1-3/8" apart. Take a look and see if this could work for your repair. Thanks for posting.
