It wasn't clear which part to order, so I thought I'd send you the details and let you guys tell me which one to order?
Here are the details:
1) Non tilting window
2) Channel with is 9/16?
3) Channel length (metal only) is: 31 5/8?
4) Stamp on the side says 31 6
5) Attached are pictures of the end caps
I?ll be eager to order a replacement once you guys can confirm which one I need to get.
We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, I would like to see a clearer shot of the metal hook at the end of the cord. I can see it just peeking out from behind the shoe in your second picture, but I can't quite make out what it is. Can you also tell me how many you need?
