I need 2 of the balances pictured. The only marking is 28c which is the sleeves length.

Thanks for bearing with us during this busy season. If the metal channel is 28" long, this looks like a S795-28 with a stamp option of 28C. You also will need the 15-195B Open Cam Shoe, sold separately. You can easily swap this shoe with the one that comes installed by default with these balances (the 15-195 Closed Cam Shoe).
