Replacement balance

Thanks for your post! Your window balance can likely be replaced with either the S380-22 or the S385-22. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth (front to back measurement) of the bottom shoe.

Our 2130 stamp should work to support the sash. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 12 to 15lbs.
