Without the original balances to use as a reference, it will be very difficult to recommend a good replacement option for you. Is there another house made by the same company that might still have its original hardware? Even if it's not the same size, it will at least give us some kind of a reference.

Can you also tell me the height of the visible glass and the sash weight? Please be as precise as possible when weighing the sash.

I cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a match, but we will do our best.

A contractor from Florida says:
Sliders on house are manufactured by Rollyson and have same lock knobs as Windows. Dont know if manufacture may be of any help. I will send more pics and weight.

Thanks! Keep in mind that more pictures won't really help unless they show a balance. Seeing the window itself doesn't tell us anything.

I highly recommend checking the others windows in your house to see if they still have their balance hardware. If they do, pictures of those balances would be a huge help.

We also still need the height of the visible glass. That's an essential detail.
