Replacement balance box

I need new balance boxes. There are no markings on the existing boxes, they measure 3 X 6 1/4. The product code is 25-939

Did you mean 24-939? That's one of our Andersen balance boxes. Knowing the size of the balance doesn't help, I'm afraid, since they're all pretty much the same size. There should be stamps printed on the existing box. make sure to check the tab or underside.

The Windows are double hung with the width measure 24 1/2 wide by 20" high. The only number I can see is 11600-3? Also, I called a local store and they said the part number is 1626018

Based on the size of your sash, I would recommend our 24-737. I cannot guarantee this is an exact match, but look at the numbers associated with this balance box (725, 727, 731, 737). Can you find any of these numbers printed on your box?
