Replacement balance channel part

Hello, I believe I have Milgard windows and one of the balance channels is broken. I need to replace it but am not sure where to find this part. It is stamped 26 4 DV CMC 7. Thank you for any help you can provide.

We can assist with replacement balances, but to further review, we will need to see pictures of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can narrow down the series needed for your window. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The difference between these series is the depth of the bottom shoe. Please review the diagram below to confirm the best fit!

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 27" long and you will need a 2640 stamp option. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
