Replacement balance for Atrium brand window

Question

I need a replacement balance for an Atrium Window Company brand window. The balance is a 1/2" non-tilt that is 17" long. The codes on the back of the balance read: 16 4 IV CMC 7.

After looking around the site, I think I need the S380-17 stamp option 1640. However, based on the measurements and pictures on your website, the balance top that looks like the best match is the 19-005 while the shoe looks to be a 15-001.

The S380 seems to come with 19-005 and 15-005, while the 15-001 comes on the S390, but with the 19-002 top.
Can you guide me to the appropriate part?
