Replacement balance for Milgard windows

Hello,
I'm looking replace a number Milgard balances stamp 31-9 and not sure which balance part is correct? I think it's 385 series 31 inch 3030. Please verify and let me know what is needed.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the balance stamp does not indicate the replacements needed for your window. To get started, we'll need to see photos of an intact balance removed from the window, including both end fittings and the pulley clip. Thank you!
