The old balance has 20C BSI TH on it.
The metal U tube is 20" long.

Can you please give me a price for a replacement if it is available?
Are the end parts opposite the hook end that the window sets in available separately and a price if they are.

Hello, Donald. Your balance looks to be a match for our S795-20. The only major difference I see is that yours has a hook, not a screw tab; that's not an assembly that we can supply as a stock order.
The good news is that, depending on the hole where the hook installs, you could still use our screw-in type by using the 26-200 plug. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly how this is done.
As for the pivot shoe, we do sell those separately: see our 15-195. Note that this is 1-1/4" wide, ear-to-ear. I believe yours should be, as well, but if that's no the case just let me know and we can look into other options.
