balance for Pella Impervia Single Hung Window

Question

I have a Pella Impervia single hung fiberglass window and the balance broke. Do you have the replacement balance? The only number I see on the part is 2520 BSItt. I also need to know what to measure on the balance so I can get the correct size. I am not sure if you measure the metal part only or also include the plastic part when measuring the size of the balance.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an intact balance uninstalled to determine if it is something that we can supply. Note that the length of channel balances only includes the metal, not the end fittings. Thank you.
