Replacement balance for mid 90's vintage double hung window (non-tilting)

Need to identify correct balance for my window. It is stamped 14 4 D0 or possibly 00 can't tell.

Hey there. I believe this is either an S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Measure your old balance's shoe depth as shown below and see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 1440.
