Replacement balance for single hung windows

Please help id parts needed to repair/replace channel balance for two single hung aluminum windows. Thank you!

Hello,

It looks like you have an old-style type of spiral balance that had the bracket riveted to the end fo the spiral. That design is no longer available but we offer the 5/8" diameter S500 spiral balance, which anchors to a bracket link the 17-012.
