The balance is 30 inches long and the writing on IU t says S8 2950
I have included pictures of the balance and both ends.
If you could help me with which parts I need to order I would really appreciate it

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. Check out our S377-30 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-018 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. I encourage you to compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this is a match. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 2950 option that holds a sash weight of 28-32 pounds.
