Replacement balance shoe

Question

The blue cam on one of my coil balances broke. The middle tab in the cam broke off, so can't get it to lock/unlock on its own. I'm trying to find a replacement balance, or if it's even possible to just replace the cam, that'd work too. VinylKraft, the window manufacturer, says it's model R1025, but can't find a part matching that.

Unfortunately we do not carry the cam separately. Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-087 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs.
