Replacement balance springs 2390

Question

I found this site when I was looking for the replacement of the balance spring of my single hung window.

The number indicated on the frame is 2390 EK 30 and the length of the frame is 24"

What series and option do you think I should order.

We're glad you found us! I recommend our S395-24 which looks like a great match for what's pictured here. The stamp on your balance is from an older rating system that we don't use, however, so you will need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S395-24 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
