Replacement balancer for 11600-17

Hello. Would you please advise me on the correct balancer that I need to replace this old one? The numbers are hard to decipher but the photos are about as clear as I can get them. Thank you!

Hello there!

It looks like your balance is stamped with the numbers "1031" which means you'd want the 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. Look this part over and see what you think.
