Replacement balancers

Single hung, top sash not moveable, metal frame and metal sashes.

No label available.
Sash weighs 20 lbs, sash size 24" wide 32" high
Glass is hurricane rated, location is Form Myers, FL.

I have bought balancers before and installed them
Need to buy balancers and sash cap that holds balancer in place.
