Thanks for posting! A stamp of "26 6" usually corresponds to our 2660 option. As for the attachments, I believe you have a 19-005 top, and then either a 15-004 or 15-005 bottom, depending on the depth. Choosing the right shoe will determine the Series. If you have a 15-004, I recommend our S385-27. If you have the 15-005 instead, I recommend our S380-27.
