Replacement balancers - See photos

I need to replace 2 balancers for 1 window as shown in photos. Printed on metal section is:
28 4 AO Caldwell
The metal section is 28 7/8" and measures 0.595" deep, 0.547" wide.
The weight is 27.5 lbs.

Hey there. It looks like you have the S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option go with 2840.
