Replacement balances 23 HD and 22 hd

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. The stamp will only confirm the weight range your balances can hold to support the weight of the sash but it does not confirm the exact type of balance you need.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel, connected to the bottom of the sash.

The photos you are providing are of the track with the balances still installed in them. The balances are the parts stamped with a 22HD or 23HD. 

You'll need to remove these from the channel itself so that we can provide you with the proper replacements.
